Every phone number on a web page gets a small CallBix button — in your CRM, Gmail, IndiaMART or any website.

  • See past calls with the number — outcome, notes and who spoke — before you call.

Install in 3 minutes

  1. 1In CallBix, open Integrations → Google Sheets and press Create key. Copy it.
  2. 2Open your sheet → Extensions → Apps Script. Select everything in Code.gs, paste the script over it and press Save.
  3. 3Reload the sheet. Choose CallBix → Settings, allow access when Google asks, paste the key and press Connect.
  4. 4Pick the phone and name columns, select some rows and choose CallBix → Call selected rows now.
Google shows “Google hasn't verified this app” for scripts you add yourself: choose Advanced → Go to CallBix. The script only talks to CallBix.

  4. 4Open any Lead — Call with CallBix is at the top.

Questions about the extensions

What does the CallBix Chrome extension do?

It turns phone numbers on any web page (your CRM, email, IndiaMART, a spreadsheet) into a CallBix button. One click sends the number to your phone with a Call button, and you see past calls with that number first. You can also call a selected number from the right-click menu, or send it to a teammate.

Does the Chrome extension place calls from my computer?

No. Calls still go out from your phone and SIM, so they are logged and recorded as usual. The extension sends the number to your phone, which shows a Call button; one tap and you're dialing.

How do I sign in to the Chrome extension?

With your usual CallBix email and password, or a code sent to your email. Each person signs in as themselves, so they only see the calls they're allowed to see. The CallBix app must be signed in on your phone to receive calls.

What can I do with the Google Sheets add-on?

Send selected rows to your team's phones as Call now alerts, put them in a CallBix call list, automatically call new rows as they arrive (for example from Google Forms or ad leads), write each number's latest call result back into the sheet, and import your call log into a sheet for your own reports.

How do I install the Google Sheets add-on?

Open your sheet, choose Extensions → Apps Script, paste the CallBix script from callbix.app/extensions, save, and reload the sheet. A CallBix menu appears; open Settings and paste an API key created in CallBix → Integrations → Google Sheets.

What does the Zoho CRM extension add?
