We confirm your request by email first, then complete it within 30 days — usually within a few working days. You'll get an email when it's done.

Only what the law makes us keep, such as invoices and tax records for paid workspaces, and a short note that your request was completed. Backups age out within 30 days.

Businesses that use CallBix decide what they keep about their calls; we store it on their behalf. Send the request here — we'll pass it to that business and make sure it's handled, and tell you what was done.

Admins can delete individual calls and recordings from the Calls page at any time. To close a workspace and erase all its data, send a request here from the owner's email address.

Remove CallBix in Facebook → Settings → Apps and websites. Facebook tells us, and we delete the Page connection. You'll get a reference you can check here.
