Call centre tools, for teams on mobile

Real-estate brokers, loan agents, education counsellors, distributors, clinics — teams like these close business on calls made from their own mobiles. Those calls are where the deal happens, and they're also where it disappears: no record in the CRM, no recording when there's a dispute, no idea which leads were never called back.

The options were poor. Cloud telephony means new numbers, per-minute bills and asking customers to answer an unfamiliar caller. Basic call trackers count calls but stop short of the CRM. So we built CallBix: it runs on the phones and SIMs a team already has, records and logs every call, and writes it — with the outcome and your own CRM fields — to the right record in Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot or anything with an API.

Then we kept going where the calling day actually goes wrong: call lists and a power dialer so nobody wonders who to ring next, push notifications that put a new lead on someone's phone with a Call now button, missed calls that chase themselves, and targets that make progress visible.
